当生活及工作压力迎面而来，皱纹、黑眼圈等这些烦人的问题也紧随而至。有很多人都会发现，无论自己用多好的眼霜，多贵的面膜，都不能彻底根治皮肤问题，很难再保持年轻。

　　在这里，提醒各位女同胞，千万不要持续熬夜及过分烟酒。这样，无论你曾经身体多好，皮肤多棒，青春也很快就会消耗殆尽。所以，每天晚上不要超过11点半睡觉，每天喝足够的水、吃足够的蔬果，才能真正地把青春留住。

睡觉是美容的黄金时期，而坚持睡前养成三个小习惯，可以帮你延缓衰老，让年岁带来的皮肤问题再也不成困扰。

一、睡前动一动，健美身材秀出来
　　睡觉之前，可以躺在床上做一些简单的小运动，放松一下你的身体，对身心健康也是有好处的哦!
　　首先躺在床上，把腿抬起抬起，进行由上往下地按摩。腿持续抬着不要放下，或者L字形地贴墙躺着，这个动作可以帮助瘦除小腿赘肉。
　　然后平躺，两腿分别悬在半空90度的位置，45度的位置，以及30度的位置，每个角度大约停留30秒到1分钟，或者你可以坚持的极限。这个动作可以塑造大腿的肌肉。
　　你还可以趴在床上，两腿缩在胸前，胸部贴着大腿根，双手伸直夹在耳朵旁边，手肘以上到手掌贴在床上。这个动作可以帮助排除宿便。

　　二、五指成梳，留住秀发
　　我们知道，头部集中了人身上好几个重要的大穴，通过梳理过程中的刺激，可以起到按摩作用。
　　首先用梳子把头发梳通，从前额开始，由上往下梳，力道适中。
　　再用手指，轻轻按摩着头皮，用手指分别从耳根、颈部发根及前额发根部位向头顶梳拢，再集中搓揉头顶。如此反复30次以上，感到头皮麻麻地为止。
　　这样的动作可以帮助疏通大脑的血液，使脑部得到充足的氧份。从而达到提高记忆力、保护发根、巩固毛囊、消除大脑疲劳等功效。

　　三、热水泡脚，行气助血

　　脚是离人体心脏最远的部分，不容易得到氧份与血液，加上现在是冬季，就更容易被寒冷刺激到血管，使血管收缩，供血艰难。
　　但是，足部又是人体穴位的又一集中区域，如果供血不足，会影响到肝脏、肾脏等多个部分的正常运作。所以，睡前用温热的水泡一泡脚，对促进身体血液循环，加速新陈代谢多有好处。
　　特别的是，可以在泡脚的水中加入中草药，因为脚上筋脉穴道较多，可以很好的吸收水中的药物成分。如果你想通过泡脚达到减缓腰腿冷痛，可以放入当归、川芎;若是要减缓头晕目眩，则可放入菊花、夏枯草;如果是要祛燥去脚气，那就放入艾草等。

Oh shit!! I think I have minor IS ever since I started working.. Yup, no doubt, I get angry easily or bad temper than last time.. Or maybe I would say I get upset easily.. Hmmm.. so do you think I need an angry management course?? LOL.. Anyway, I know I should control my emotion well before it gets worst because the anger and hostility increase the risk of health problems such as heart disease or high blood pressure @.@

Hope I can celebrate the newfound calmness soon by having new hobby / hobbies =D

I am so lazy.. Staying at home for whole day yet I refused to blog.. Actually don't feel like blogging as I need to upload the photos one by one.. *wee wang wang wee wang wang* Anyway, after delaying for long hours.. Now, as I promised, here I come to update my post XD

It's about the happening November.. Last Thursday, went to Carven Academy of Fashion - 19th Anniversary & Graduation Gala 2010 with my senior & boss.. I would say it's interesting!! I love the brilliant ideas of Miki Lee, a winner of Malaysia young designer competition 2010 (MODA).. Her transformer clothing from bag - coat, coat - bag.. Very blur right?! Let's proceed to the pictures for clearer image.. Ohya, also, thanks Carven for the invitation =)

Rushed back to hometown after finished my half day work.. Took half day leave, plus the deepavali public holiday, finally I got chance - a long weekend that I could go back home!!

Friday, noobie & kai ying came and picked me for dim sum in the morning.. 7am in the morning, someone text-ed me that he will reach my house at 830am.. So, I got to got up early to prepare myself.. And someone did tell me that he dislike to waste his time on waiting.. That's meant I must be ready sharp at 830am, RIGHT?! Guess what, in the end, our dear Mr Noobie only reached at 10.30am.. aiks!~!~! Can reach KL already lorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr~ If you plan to eat dim sum at Ipoh, you must be there as early as possible, say around 730am or 8am.. That's the Ipoh's culture XD.. And that day, we spent more than 30 minutes waiting for seat.. Please bear in mind, you need to wait for the seat yourself and the workers will not entertain you..self-service XD

Phew~ Today I finally have the time for sitting in front of the lappie and online.. Supposed to duty at Shah Alam yet it has been cancelled =D Well, actually kinda lazy and tired now but die die must blog as I have abandoned it for quite a while.. As mentioned above the title, it's regarding graduation.. Yup, it's mr noobie's convocation XD Ohya, days before that event, quarreled with noobie because of his ‘tidak apa’ attitude.. Guess what, I was pretty pissed off and felt like slapping him for that few days..LOL.. Was super hot temper while talking to him over the phone or even texting.. Thank god, somewhere over the rainbow now.. Anyway, sorry babe about my hot temper.. To avoid these happen again, EQ training started now XD Ooppsss.. sorry~~

Let's back to topic now.. Went to noobie's convocation alone =( Mei Hoong got her date with her colleagues & Winnie was off to Cameron for training.. So gotta went alone.. Thought I was late who knows the event only ended around 1130am ++ Waiting alone in front of the MCA Hall for almost one hour *sob sob* But things turned interesting when I spotted my blog / facebook friend - Vivian there too =) Also, luckily mummy & mei mei accompanied me over the phone =D If nope, how could I survive under the hot sun and lonely lone situation?! @.@

Has been a long time I didn't hang out with noobie.. 'Cause he's always busy with his stuffs.. Feel like he's neglecting me?! Emmmm...sometimes, maybe XD Don't worry my dears, I will feel so only when I'm too free.. Recently, I keep myself busy /accompanied by One Piece as my leisure activity XD

Okay, let's back to topic.. Friday, after met him at lrt station, we went back to UTAR for his convo stuffs.. Afterthat, headed to somewhere nearby ampang park for other stuffs.. See, how busy he is, big business yo~!~! LOL And he saw his 'friend' when we were goin off for late lunch.. He told me, he missed his best friend so much!!!

After finished our GCB set, heading to KLCC for movie =) Reached TGV around 445pm, we were trying our luck to get the 530pm tickets for Inception.. Queuing for 20 minutes, there were the last four seats available.. We were super lucky to get the tickets on time.. Somemore the middle seats of the last row!! boy oh boy!!!

Personally think that Inception is AWESOME =)

Mr Banana complaint bout my laziness for updating the blog.. Alrighty, I'm here to do some update ya *cheers* Guess what, this post has been saved since last weekend *paise* Updating the 'expired' post now XD

Lunch with my sister and her gang @ Jogoya last Saturday.. This was the second time to buffet with them at the same place =) Emmm...the food is at average level I would say yet enjoyed it very much when eating with the funny girls =D The food is not really tasty?! Just a little update of my life..

1# Due to lack of manpower, my working life is getting busier now..

I believe that everyone in the office is going 'siao' soon XD

And the working hours has become more 8 hours per day.. Seriously, we need more rest yo~

2# Noobie has already moved out from ken 3..

He's 'officially based' at his lovely hometown now XD

His life also getting busier as mine.. Yup, the time we be together has been lesser too..

Hope that my insecure feelin can be cured..

3# My medical report is out..

Thank God the report is okay and normal.. Don't worry, I know that I still have to take good care of myself all the time =)

4# Time flies, this is the 7th week my granny passed away.. Got to rush back to Ipoh on this Tuesday after work for the next morning's praying session for granny.. And, have to renew my passport too~~

Just back from One U, bought myself a book at Popular Sale and cutie T at Viva *teehee*

Although the stuffs I've bought are quite cheap yet I'm broke now =(

Boohoo~ My lips have become dry and peeling ever since I started working.. Why?!

And I found that lots of my friends also facing the same problem.. Came across this article on

How to Treat, Cure and Prevent Peeling Lips.. Kindly take note if you're facing this problem as well..

A little care & maintenance for you peeling / dry lips:

1. Treat peeling lips with lip balm or baby oil and a soft toothbrush. The toothbrush should be an old one that you no longer use to brush your teeth,

2. Spread balm or oil over your lips.

3. Use the toothbrush to brush away any dry skin which will probably flake off. Don't pull at the skin, but gently brish it away.

4. Use lip balm on peeling lips. There are many kinds to choose from, so find a brand that you like and carry a tube or tub of it everywhere you go.

5. Drink water. Taking in enough water will prevent your skin and lips from drying out. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

6. Use lip balm regularly to prevent your lips from drying out or peeling.

*If your lips are excessively dry, it may take a few days of water intake and treatment before they get better.

*Don't pull at dry skin on your lips. You can cause bleeding.

Hope it helps..I want my healthy lips back!! booooo~

Finally, I could meet my ah dear.. Happy belated birthday ah dear!! Emmm..supposed to celebrate her birthday last Saturday.. We didn't make it 'cause she went back to hometown for 'qing ming'.. I'm pretty weird that I didn't manage to prepare anything for her and asked her out for 'birthday celebration' @.@ Recently, was too busy until I had no idea to DIY my cards and plan for the date.. Sorry dear, I know you're quite disappointed on me =( Emmm..I'm here to promise, will get 'them' done asap =) So, we just have a simple outing to Pyramid..

Had our lunch at Simply Penang.. The food was really 'simply' =.= Would like to say that they just simply serve me their 'yucky' Fish Bihun =( Luckily their Nasi Lemak is not bad and they have variety of Nasi Lemaksssss XD We ordered quite lots of food, nasi lemak, fish bihun, otak-otak, extra papa-dam & drinks.. So full!!! after finished the meals.. *Burppppp* hahahahha~

Recently, my working life is getting more busy and stress.. T I R E D~

Ah Dear is always busy with her own life or always with heow.. Booooo~ Yup, I have no friend.. Kinda bored with this kind of stupid life..

Short update~

Time flies, tomorrow I'm going back to KL.. Monday, will back in reality (start working).. Hmmm.. Honestly, I'm still in the holiday mood!! (I'm sure most of us are still in holiday mood until char gor meh XD ) I want more holidays!!!!!! Well, my working life will be very busy because one of the leng lui senior has resign..hmmm.. Hope I can still handle the stuffs without her guides.. Gambateh!!

Loves my long holidays so much, this CNY I spend more time with my family than friends and external relatives XD And I'm so happy to see lots of my ex schoolmates and ex classmates!! Will always miss them, my sweet girls and handsome boys =)

I miss him very much..Hope that he won't only 'care' me after my complaining.. Hmmm.. Wish myself to have a meaningful and joyous year =) *god bless*

My 1st day of CNY was great..

Today is a very very busy day for me!!

I slept at 11pm last night and got up at 130am..

YUP, 1.30am in the midnight!!

Because my friend drove us back to hometown at 2am..

For the journey, it was freaking jam when we passed through the simpang and resting places..

And the jam made me only managed to reach home at 5am.. Special Thanks Jun Yi's brother so much for fetching us back to hometown =) I didn't go to bed once I was home.. 'Cause had a long crapping time with my dearly mom =)

Until 7am, I accompanied her to market to buy the ingredient for reunion dinner.. Then, followed by blah blah blah stuffs.. Today, was non-stop went in and out of the main door.. Super busy!! *yawning* And I've just finished to hand wash the clothes..

I'm super duper tired now!!! Okay, it's better for me to rest after awake for more than 20 hours than continue online.. Night night =)
